Kaiti Hagain is employed at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as the Senior Project Manager of Family Treatment Court Programs. Ms. Hagain started her professional career in Child Welfare in 2009 and has 15 years of experience in child welfare and deprived court systems. Ms. Hagain was introduced to Family Treatment Court Programs in 2011 when she was assigned as a Child Welfare Specialist for Family Treatment Court and later became the Coordinator of the Oklahoma County Family Treatment Court when the court was implemented in 2012. In 2017, Ms. Hagain took on a state role to provide technical assistance, support, and training on best practices in family treatment and deprived court systems. Ms. Hagain has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma.
