Dr. Bailey is an Assistant tenure-track professor at West Virginia University (WVU) School of Social Work and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in WVU Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry. The focus of her research involves the development, adoption, and sustainability of contextually relevant prevention and early intervention programs in low-resourced school-based settings with underserved youth. Dr. Bailey is an independently licensed clinical social worker and seasoned clinician with expereicne conducting therapy in integrated and rural settings including school-based, outpatient and inpatient hospitals. Her publications, presentations, and teaching are focused on the critical need for integrated models of healthcare services and delivery as an integral component of effective behavioral health practice.
