Hannah is a social work educator, leader, and scholar located in Portland, Oregon. Hannah's work as the Deputy Director of a multi-county non-profit allows her to move theory to practice as she designs impactful services that align with need, governing requirements, and culture. Hannah's critical lens serves both colleagues and students as she teaches and consults on course mapping, field instruction, and program design for MSW programs. Hannah is a Doctor of Social Work candidate at Walla Walla University, focused on understanding how whiteness and neoliberalism are perpetuated in the academy, through the methodological lens of multimodal discourse analysis.
