Little research explores staff and program level factors that may impact the relationship and the working alliance between staff and parents within Early Head Start. By exploring staff and program predictors of the working alliance, program level policies may be developed to deepen the working alliance.

Upon completion, the participant will be able to describe how program and staff characteristics play a role in the working alliance between parents and staff in Early Head Start.
