The authors conducted a systematic literature review of organizational-level interventions to address white supremacy in schools of social work. This poster presents a synthesis of the resulting eight studies by discussing five organizational strategies, including: advocacy and activism, education on white supremacy, curriculum overhaul, affinity groups, and accountability mechanisms.
