Systematic reviews (SRs) are becoming part of the social work doctoral students’ research repertoire. This presentation will detail the initiatives a social work librarian implemented to teach and support methodologically sound doctoral student knowledge synthesis activities, and will share a preliminary assessment of these initiatives.

Know why and how to educate graduate students on the best practices surrounding evidence synthesis activities.
Consider how they might integrate their librarian or library into the process of education graduate students about evidence synthesis.
Encourage their own graduate students to grow skills and confidence in ES activities via the best practices shared in the presentation.
