Critical Race Theory and DEIA vs The South

This poster will focus on accurately identifying and discussing critical race theory and dispel the current inaccurate propaganda that is being used to attack it. The poster will help viewers develop action plans to counter the disbanding of DEIA across universities to continue supporting historically marginalized students, faculty, and staff.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Upon completion, participants will be able to accurately identify and discuss critical race theory and dispel the current inaccurate propaganda that is being used to attack it.
  2. Upon completion, participants can develop action plans to counter the disbanding of DEIA across universities to continue supporting historically marginalized students, faculty, and staff.
  3. Upon completion, participants will learn of success stories that support the continued recruitment and retention and determine if these efforts can be adapted to their institutions.
