This study explores food insecurity levels and their correlation with healthcare access among African Americans in Alabama's Black Belt Region. The findings stress the urgency of targeted interventions, addressing not only food insecurity but also interconnected healthcare access obstacles. Recognizing multifaceted challenges is crucial, paving the way for health equity.
