Guided by principles of intersectionality and disability justice, two social work faculty members with non-visible disabilities challenge the ahistorical and nonārelational tendencies of neoliberalism. Using their lived experience as educators in a Canadian university, the authors elucidate strategies to promote social inclusion in universities and in social work.
